Refund policy

REFUND POLICY All original artwork sales are final, unless there is any damage or the painting is the wrong one ordered. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, we can only refund and accept returns after customer notifies seller of any problems five days after receiving artwork. In most cases where the painting arrives as  ordered, Customer is responsible to ship painting back in the condition it arrived. For prints and reproductions, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us with photos of any damage within 48 hours of receipt.

PRIVACY POLICY We collect information you provide when placing an order, including name, email, shipping address, and payment details. This information is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to process payments and ship your order.

TERMS OF SERVICE By purchasing from my store, you agree to the following terms: All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Customers receive the physical artwork only, not reproduction rights unless explicitly stated. Commissioned pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Completion time for commissions is 4-8 weeks. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

SHIPPING POLICY Original artwork ships within 3-5 business days via tracked courier service. Prints ship within 1-2 business days. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
